Manages day-to-day operational delivery aspects of a business practice. This can be related to Product Integrations, Operations & Project delivery, P&L management, resource management.
Owns delivery according to planned schedule of one or more.
Optimization of schedule to manage to particular trade-offs/criteria (features, time, resources).
Should be responsible for Client relationship management, Budgeting, schedule, prioritization of resources and timely completion of projects on a priority basis and within established constraints and time-frame.
Coordinate with senior business and technology managers, as required, to identify business requirements and the associated business case for development projects.
Implement the CMMI based processes.
Understanding and implementing of project management practice, Planning and allocating work to the Project Manager and their team – Development, Testing, Delivery and Support.
Deliver solutions/ projects, in accordance with agreed specification, design, plan, timescales and cost.
Ability to work with varying team sizes and flexibility in approach expected.
Build, maintain and manage strong client relationships.
Acting as escalation for the customers for overall delivery and account management.
Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Monitor Project delivery schedules and drive the Project managers to deliver within time and quality agreed.
Responsible for maintaining for P/L for their respective account or project.
Ensures Project Managers are keeping track of project documents, trackers etc and are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Follows up with internal sales and account management teams on various aspects of project pipeline and plan for the delivery according.
Set challenging goals and support the team with required technical enhancement programs.
Mentor a development team through multiple simultaneous projects, as well as problem solve fixes.
Offer required learning and development opportunities for the department.
Responsible for effective utilization of resource and maintaining bench.
Giving presentations to the Senior management on various challenges, status updates on project delivery.
Guiding team members to build their technical capability.
14 - 20 Years
Good to Have:
Strong leadership skills with prior exp. of handling large teams.
Solid understanding of cross platform web business technology application, with a focus on core PHP background.
Must have handled 5 to 10 thousand billable hrs per month of project delivery.
Strong project management skills.
Quick Learner of new Domain & Technologies.
Proficient in iterative development methodologies like Agile.
Should be a self-motivated individual willing to take multi-facet responsibilities requiring technical & leadership capability.
Excellent Interpersonal & Oral and Written Communication skills.
Strong Academic Background from a premier institute.
Desired a minimum experience of 10+ Years in Industry, with at least 3 years of end to end project delivery and management experience.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic services environment and capable of dealing with multiple competing demands.
