  • Planning and execution for all named accounts to ensure strategies and tactics alignment.
  • Map organizational decision-makers and identify key contacts within each named account.
  • Develop personalized marketing campaigns to drive meetings within targeted strategic accounts.
  • Develop test plans and monitor performance results for multiple customer acquisition channels and life-cycle campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on industry, company and contacts to assigned sales reps to identify potential selling opportunities.
  • Measure, report and optimize marketing campaigns.


8 - 15 Years

Good to Have:

  • 5+ years of experience working in B2B; experience working across enterprise.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, especially Salesforce and Pardot a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on leading campaign performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI.
  • Proven success (revenue generation) of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, as well as complex and variable.
  • ABM execution using both via inbound and outbound channels.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities.
  • Bring in creativity in thoughts especially on new ways of communicating.
  • Exceptionally strong communication / presentation skills.
  • Clarity of thought and ability to negotiate ambiguity.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
