OSSCube Develops Micro Transaction Platform Product for US based Company

OSSCube took spiral model approach for this project and developed a working prototype of the product using Serena Prototype Composer and Business Process Management Notations (BPMN). This prototype was given for test run to the client and other stakeholders. Feedbacks were quickly incorporated to the prototype. Requirements and wish lists were clearly demarcated; OSSCube used Requirement Management Software and Change Management Software to manage multiple set of requirements. Outcome of the prototype were ER Diagrams, Wireframes, SRS and High Level Design. Simultaneously MySQL DBA team developed robust, optimized and normalized DB design of the application. Product Development team followed agile practices and used thoughtwork’s mingle, basecamp for collaboration & developing stories. Module teams developed various modules and UI developers developed W3C compliant themes. Owning to OSSCube’s project development methodologies and timely feedback the product was launched in 17 weeks.
