Responsibilities

• Build Web 2.0 interfaces for web applications in collaboration with development teams.

• Provide technical leadership in effective componentization and automated testing of Web 2.0 technologies.

• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved in iterative software development cycles.

• Ensure a high level of communication among development team members.

Technical Skills

• JavaScript frameworks and Libraries: Ext JS (preferred), jQuery (preferred), Prototype, Dojo, YUI, MooTo

• In depth knowledge of all aspects of DHTML and AJAX, including JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, JSON, CSS and DOM

• Intermediate level experience with LAMP, Zend framework a plus

• Experience working on user interfaces for large-scale, complex, multi-tiered web applications.

• An understanding of object-oriented principles as applied to user interface development.

• An intuitive sense for user interface design.

• Enthusiasm for Lean and Agile software development methodologies.

• Strong creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience: At least 5 years
