Responsibilities: 
  • Develop Scope, Estimates and help in sales team to prepare presentations on SugarCRM
  • Assist potential customers with SugarCRM evaluations and proof of concepts. Build customized product demonstrations
  • Respond to SugarCRM RFIs, RFPs and serve as liaison between the sales, technical and support teams.
  • Provide customer training and participate in initial implementations.
  • Assess customer CRM needs, and, using knowledge of SugarCRM make recommendations to the customer on best implementation practices.
  • High preference of candidates with five or more years experience selling complex technology to senior corporate executives with a proven track record at achieving/exceeding assigned sales quota
Technical Skills: 
  • Expert on working SugarCRM or any other CRM System
