Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you are at the front line of the sales process, interacting and engaging prospects in a dialogue about OSSCube in the local market. You will be focusing on the local area sales and key result areas include market opportunity, understanding the solutions and being a solution consultant to customers, coordination with presales/delivery team, monitoring and tracking the end to end results of sales, managing lead generation. 
The incumbent candidates would have enterprise sales experience at IT service companies and a track record of success and consistent performance.
Additionally you will be engaging with executives at multiple levels, helping uncover as well as create new opportunities and generating early-stage dialogues with prospective companies.

Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software solutions / services and products.
  • Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
  • Responsible for making the best use of market opportunity : Grow the business at a faster than market growth rate & average company growth rate
  • Contribute to make sure OSSCube is the fastest growing company in its segment & the best
  • Should handle the solution selling part of the business from listen, analyze, propose, present & close and train the entire the entire team on this.
  • Should handle the solution selling part of the business from listen, analyze, propose, present & close and train the entire the entire team on this. Current team has good product selling skills but require to be oriented, trained and mentored on solution selling skills
  • Towards above responsible for managing lead generation to commercial closure to managing the relationship to get references & repeat business
  • Requires to spend time on the field with the executives and the area / regional manager(s) & with the customers to lead by example
  • Partner Management in his area from establishing the channel network to managing the same for best productivity. Train the executives on working with partner
  • Finally, responsible for productivity and to make sure you and your team delivers best productivity in the industry and in comparison to all other team(s)
Technical Skills: 
  1. Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  2. Experience dealing with executive levels (Director, CTO, VP, etc.)
  3. Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
  4. Domain knowledge in Information technology and services
  5. Minimum 5 years experience in this domain
  6. Passion to “sell” and “close”
